It is my sixth amendment right to a fair trial. Before I was recording on my phone I was being talked down to, being shunned and they denied my right to open a case. I said I was feeling uncomfortable and started to record, The officer above immediately changed his tone and started to help me, Although the narrative stayed the same as they did not allow me to open a case. They did give me this pamphlet, proving my 6th ammendment was broken this day. I was told to contact the General Attorney of Kansas, I already contacted him prior to this date and told them and got the reply &#8220;it&#8217;s is not his jurisdiction&#8221; he also said on the Kansas State website that if it is about any of 3 counties not to even email him, but I still did.
